Beach yoga, paddleboarding, meditation classes, massage, and water aerobics will be available based on demand. The club offers a unique experience to go from having your feet in the sand to a wellness circuit which includes contrast therapy (from sauna to cold plunge), and hydrotherapy (from cold plunge to hot pool) with gulf and sunset views. Our club is one of the few in the United States to offer this beachfront circuit.
