NAPLES, FL (Oct. 15, 2025) – Paraiso Beach Club is pleased to announce the Collier Board of County Commissioners approved plans for its members-only luxury private beach club designed to provide North Naples property owners and residents with a world-class beachfront experience along the Gulf coast. Commissioners voted unanimously in favor of the project on Oct. 14.

Planned for approximately 1.35 acres on Gulf Shore Drive, Paraiso Beach Club will meet growing community demand by creating a beachfront oasis where members can relax, dine and enjoy the beauty of Southwest Florida. Designed for connections and coastal comfort, the club will feature three restaurants, including fine dining and a lively open-air bar and grille, all with covered balconies, that is perfect for enjoying Naples’ sunsets, in a relaxed and stylish setting for members to gather with friends and family. The club is anticipated to open in mid-2027.
